Steve's association with Guns N' Roses would continue with numerous rumours over the years linking him with the band. As enthusiasm for the band increased, they were signed to Maverick Records, releasing one album, the self-titled Neurotic Outsidersin In the early 90's Discofraphy put together an outfit called Fantasy 7. Upon returning from their tour, Neurotic Outsiders continued to play as a once-a-week house band at the Viper Room for a brief time, taking a hiatus in The group cut demos but split without releasing any material.
